The Government intends to make a sole-source award to Walz & Krenzer, Inc., for parts required to repair USNS WASHINGTON CHAMBER’S pilot door. Walz & Krenzer, Inc. is the OEM service and parts provider for the pilot doors installed on MSC’s T-AKE class of ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
