The Government intends to make a sole-source award to IMECO, Inc. for parts required to repair ships in MSC’s T-AKE Class. IMECO, Inc. is the sole source OEM service and parts provider for the cooling systems installed on the Military Sealift Command’s T-AKE Class of ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
