Kaiser's (T-AO 187) Constant Tension Winch (CT Winch). LAKESHORE is the OEM service and parts provider for the CT Winches installed on the Military Sealift Command’s T-AO Class of ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
