The Government intends to make a sole-source award to Trident Maritime Systems (Trident) for parts required to repair USNS AMERLIA EARHART’s centrifugal fan system. Trident is the OEM service and parts provider for the centrifugal fan systems installed on the Military Sealift Command’s T-AKE Class of ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
