The proposed contract action, for which the Government intends to solicit under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), is for Service remove and install a new bow thruster control card and auxiliary control waterproof panel onboard USNS SIOUX. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the Crane is Brunvoll Service for bow thrusters onboard T-ATF class vessels.
