This requirement is to procure and deliver repair parts to restore an inoperable K-Loader for the CTF-53 Minhad Air Cargo Team at Al Minhad Air Base, U.A.E. The contractor must supply five specified K-Loader parts—a hydraulic pump, high-pressure filter, Halvorsen FK-E-Pump, convey joystick/card, and chassis hydraulic manifold—all new, unused, serviceable, and compatible, with equivalent or alternate parts acceptable if fully compliant and supported by technical documentation. The contractor is responsible for packaging, handling, outbound freight, shipment tracking, and delivery to Al Minhad Air Base, U.A.E., with all parts due no later than 90 calendar days after receipt of order. Based on an anticipated order date of September 30, 2026, delivery is required no later than December 29, 2026. Delivered parts will be inspected for part number, quantity, and condition, nonconforming parts must be replaced at no additional cost, and applicable manufacturer warranty documentation must be provided with the parts, with performance continuing through final delivery and Government acceptance.
