This requirement is restricted to contractors within the Fifth Fleet AOR. The requirement consists of one hundred and forty two (142) work items. "Pursuant to FAR 5.202(a)(12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Fifth Fleet AOR as prescribed by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 225.1103(3)."
