NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Bahrain intends to approve a Class Justification and Approval (J&A) to award any potential new work to Bahrain Ship Repair and Engineering Company (BASREC) as modifications to contract N4033920CF008, during the contract's performance period. The proposed action will be in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
