NAVFAC Marianas is conducting a sources-sought market survey to identify qualified contractors capable of providing comprehensive Base Operations Support and facility maintenance/services on Saipan and Tinian, CNMI, including the Robert E. Kamosa Transmitting Station and associated sites. The work covers management/administration, force protection, facility management and investment, custodial, pest control, grounds maintenance/landscaping, and pavement clearance, with emphasis on remote multi-island logistics and typhoon/emergency response. The anticipated vehicle is a performance-based IDIQ contract with firm-fixed-price recurring work and unit-priced/task-order non-recurring work. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period plus seven 12-month option periods and up to a six-month extension, with an anticipated start date of February 2027 and an estimated contract value exceeding $10,000,000 over the full 8.5-year life. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to respond, and the survey will help determine whether a small business or socio-economic set-aside is appropriate.
