This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only, not a solicitation or request for proposals. Its goal is to identify a commercially available controller fully compatible with the existing Rockwell Automation Allen-Bradley PLC used in the Naval Base Guam Potable Water SCADA System. The government will not reimburse respondents for costs, will not accept unsolicited proposals, and will not provide debriefings or evaluation results. Responses will be used to inform future acquisition decisions, and proprietary information will be protected if properly marked. The location relevant to this effort is Naval Base Guam.
