The successful contractor shall provide environmental services to conduct Sea Turtle Surveys on the Tinian Military Lease Area. Provide a lump sum price for environmental services to conduct sea turtle nest monitoring and inventory at beaches with suitable habitat at the Tinian Military Lease Area. All work shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is 12 months from the date of award. This Request for Quotation is set aside for Small Business Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB Concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis or solicitation will be posted via piee.eb.mil. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation. Solicitation, amendments, and notices will be posted to the website piee.eb.mil under the Solicitation Module. Contractors can view solicitations in the Solicitation Module at piee.eb.mil by selecting SOLICITATION SEARCH in the Award section or Solicitation Search under the SUPPORT section. Contractors choosing to submit a quotation in the Solicitation Module must register in PIEE and submit a request for the Proposal Manager role. All Amendments SHALL be acknowledged in the Offerors proposal per instructions. It is the Offerors responsibility to check the websites periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.
