REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NO. N4019225Q9000 PROCUREMENT FOR FINGERPRINTING SERVICES FOR NAVFAC MARIANAS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to sole source this requirement to Fieldprint, Inc. for its ability to provide fingerprinting services in Guam with the capability of collecting and submitting electronic fingerprints via the Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT) and the Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission Plus (SWFT+) applications, as part of the Department of Defense security clearance investigation process, to the National Background and Investigation Bureau (NBIB). Fieldprint, Inc. is the only source that is a FBI-Approved Channeler providing fingerprinting services on Guam. The solicitation number N4019225Q9000 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for fingerprinting services for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas (NAVFACMAR), Guam. NAVFACMAR has a requirement to collect and submit electronic fingerprints via the Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction (SWFT) and the Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction Plus (SWFT+) applications as part of the Department of Defense security clearance investigation process, to the National Background and Investigation Bureau (NBIB). NAVFACMAR services various DoD installations with commands in the Joint Region Marianas (JRM) and is requiring a digital fingerprinting service solution capable of providing services to all potential employees located in JRM and outside the continental United States (OCONUS).
