Amendment 0001- Purpose of this Amendment is to extend the due date and time for receipt of quotations. The successful contractor shall provide environmental services to conduct sea turtle nest monitoring, nest protection, predator control, and invasive vegetation removal at beaches with suitable habitat at Joint Region Marianas (JRM). The monitoring program and collection of data are utilized to assure compliance for all training activities and construction projects, evaluate effectiveness of programs to protect and recover sea turtles, and develop strategies for managing natural resources on the installations. All work must be performed in accordance with the Project Work Statement (PWS) and following applicable and appropriate Department of Defense (DOD) guidance and policy for Sea Turtle Population Protection and Enhancement under the Terrestrial Protected Species management program (2023 JRM INRMP Update) and consider all site documentation and reports to date. The Period of Performance is from the date of award up to and including 31 January 2026. This Request for Quotation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website.
