It has been determi... This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to 8(a) contractors. The North American Industry Classification System code is 236220 with a size standard of $45 million. It has been determined that competition will be limited to all 8(a) contractors across the nation. This acquisition consists of one solicitation with the intent to award up to 10 construction contracts. The work to be acquired under this contract is construction, renovation/modernization, and routine repair/maintenance work at various federal or military facilities and installations on Guam and the outlying areas in the Pacific over the next five years. The scope of work may include new construction, and involve limited or modified engineering and design to include basis of design, drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations. The resulting contracts will be indefinite quantity type contract with firm fixed-price task orders to be issued during the contract period of 60 months. The minimum guarantee is $10,000 for the life of each contract. The maximum aggregate dollar value for all awarded contracts is $150 million. Award will be made to the responsible Offerors whose offers conform to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered. Interested 8(a) contractors are encouraged to view and download the solicitation at PIEE Solicitation Module at https://piee.eb.mil on or about 28 February 2023. The solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the section 8(a) program. The date for receipt of proposals will be at least 30 days from the date of issuance of the solicitation. All interested offerors shall register at the website. No further notice of solicitation activity will be provided to interested offerors.
