RFQ Section B – CLIN 0002 is added to include the option to continue services for an additional twelve (12) months. 2. RFQ Section K is amended to include the following provision: DFARS 252.204-7024, Notice on the Use of the Supplier Performance Risk System (March 2023) 3. RFQ Section I – Contract Clauses is hereby amended to include the following clause: 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services (November 1999) 4. RFQ Section L – Instructions to Offerors is hereby amended (see Conformed RFQ Document) as follows: Paragraph (1)(4) is amended to include completion of CLIN 0002 in Section B for submitting the price quotation. Paragraph (3) extends the deadline to submit Requests for Information to Friday, May 12, 2023. 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ======================================================================================= SEA TURTLE NESTING BEACH MONITORING AND NEST PROTECTION ON NAVAL BASE GUAM The successful contractor shall provide environmental services to perform field surveys to monitor sea turtle nesting activity, nest protection, monitor lizard control, invasive species removal, beach profiling, and invasive vegetation removal at beaches with suitable habitat for nesting sea turtles managed by Naval Base Guam (NBG). All work shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is fourteen (14) months from the date of award. This Request for Quotation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
