ARCHITECTURAL ASSESSMENT OF THE FORMER NASA COMPLEX AT DANDAN, NAVAL BASE GUAM. The successful contractor shall provide environmental services for performing Architectural Assessments for the evaluation of six buildings, one microwave tower, one filling station, and the associated roadways and parking areas for eligibility for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). Facilities should be evaluated for individual eligibility as well as the complex evaluated for eligibility as a district. These buildings are located in Dandan on Naval Base Guam. All work shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is Eighteen (18) months from the date of award. This Request for Quotation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
