ARCHITECTURAL ASSESSMENT OF NAVAL BASE GUAM POST-WWII AND COLD WAR FACILITIES. The successful contractor shall provide environmental services for performing Architectural Assessments for the evaluation of 50 facilities to include options for additional facilities (subject to the availability of funds) that were constructed prior to 1972 and have not been assessed for eligibility for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). All work shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance is twenty-four (24) months from the date of award. This Request for Quotation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
