SURVEY FOR CORALS AND GIANT CLAMS AT 10 MONITORING SITES IN OUTER APRA HARBOR, NAVAL BASE GUAM The successful contractor shall perform marine surveys for both coral species and for giant clams at each of the 10 permanent monitoring stations located on Department of Defense (DoD) submerged lands within Naval Base Guam. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance is twelve (12) months from the date of award. This Request for Quotation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
