This Request for Quotation is to solicit environmental services to perform Architectural Assessments for the evaluation of five (5) buildings for eligibility for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). These buildings are located at the Top O’ the Mar compound on Nimitz Hill on Naval Base Guam. The buildings to be surveyed and evaluated are: B293NZ, B295NZ, B295NZ-1, B295NZ-4, B296NZ. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) in Section J. The Period of Performance is Eighteen (18) months from the date of award. This Request for Quotation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotations must be received by this office no later than 4:30 p.m. (Guam time/UTC +10) on Thursday, August 19, 2021.
