All interested Offerors shall provide a lump sum price for all complete work for performing Architectural Assessments for evaluation of four buildings and four structures for eligibility for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). These buildings and structures are located in various areas throughout Naval Base Guam and its noncontiguous areas. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is Eighteen (18) Months from date of the contract (ADC). This RFQ is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
