This requirement is to conduct marine resources surveys to assess the potential impacts on marine resources arising from in-water construction in support of PC19-03 Tinian Harbor Repairs, Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is Three (3) Months from date of the contract (ADC). This RFQ is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
