The Contractor for the work under this Request for Quotation (RFQ) N40192-21- Q-5001 shall perform an architectural assessment for documenting conditions of the building and determining eligibility for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) for future Section 106 consultations, for the following property: Building 1706, located at Naval Base Guam, in the Sasa Valley Tank Farm, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 25 February 2021. The Period of Performance is eighteen (18) months from date of the contract (ADC). This RFQ is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response, in which, if received timely, must be considered by the agency.
