Quotes must include technical factors information and pricing for ITEM NO. 0001 through 0005 to be considered for award. Price: Price Proposal. Prices must be submitted for ITEM NO. 0001 through 0005. Proposal prices shall be filled in under ITEM NO. 0001 through 0005 in Schedule B, Attachment 03. 2. Technical Factors: a). Qualification and Recent relevant experience for the past five years. Submit a resume and supporting documentations to demonstrate qualifications. b). Past Performance: Submit a minimum of two (2) Past Performance Questionnaires, PPQ, of completed contracts within 5 past years. Past Performance Questionnaires are included as Attachment 02. Note: Bidders who fail to submit required documentations will be considered non- responsive. BASIS FOR AWARD 1. The tradeoff process is selected as appropriate for this acquisition. The Government considers it to be in its best interest to allow consideration of award to other than the lowest priced bidder or highest technically rated bidder. 2. All technical factors when combined are of equal importance to the each other; and all technical factors, when combined are equal to price.
