The following request represents the minimum requirements of the Fire and Emergency Services Naval Base Guam. 2. Description: Provide for Disposal of 200 units: ABC type portable fire extinguisher up to 20 Lbs. *Extinguisher units have content under pressure. Vendor is responsible for addressing this issue *Vendor is responsible for proper disposal of extinguishing agent; cylinder and attachments (hose/horn/valve) in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation and NFPA 10: Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers, 2018 Edition - Annex I Maintenance Procedures Fire & Emergency Services Naval Base Guam (F&ES NBG) will provide a consolidation point at building 1575 NBG. Vendor is responsible for pick-up of the material. Pick-up will be made in batches not less than 100 fire extinguishers. F&ES NBG will coordinate and schedule pick-up on an as-needed basis. Vendor is responsible for all freight/shipping cost, dunnage, and packaging. 3. Period of Performance of Service: 30 Jun 2021 – 30 September 2021
