NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND MARIANAS seeks to create multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for wireless and cellular telecommunications services [hereinafter, wireless telecommunications includes all commercially available wireless technologies and related operations], including related software, hardware, firmware and equipment. This service shall provide a flexible means of meeting and sustaining customers’ need for fast, safe, secure, dependable, and stable telecommunications services and equipment. The intent is to maintain customers’ ability to communicate data, voice, text, pictures, and all other commercially available cellular services locally, Continental United States (CONUS) and while traveling globally to enable customers to fulfill its duty of defending and protecting the United States of America and its citizens. The vendor must provide an architecture and infrastructure that is capable of the highest standard of performance in the constantly evolving field of telecommunication and the challenges brought about by Acts of God and man. Period of Performance: Five Year Blanket Purchase Agreement, not to exceed 60 months.
