The work includes the following: ensures supplies are properly managed including but not limited to procurement, storage, and receipt, to support end users to include Combat Readiness; and specify the requirements for a transportation program consisting of mission vehicles and equipment maintenance and repairs, vehicle and equipment operations to include dispatch, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), operators, liquid movements, people movements, operator licensing and training, inspection and certification, and specified administrative program management.
