Puget Sound Naval Shipyard SSGN Detachment Guam has a requirement for wireless, local/domestic/USA Voice services between and within the following countries (below list of countries are the minimum requirements): United States (all 50) Guam Northern Marianas Islands The contractor will provide a minimum of Twenty-Five (25) wireless communication devices Quantity (6) Data Capable android phones and Quantity (19) Basic (Non-Smart) phones will be acceptable to the Government capable of delivering secure encrypted voice/text/SMS /data transmissions. The capability to connect while roaming shall be automatic. All numbers are required to be a Guam exchange. Direct dialing for all calls shall be automatic. Proposal prices shall be filled in under CLIN 0001 in Schedule B, Attachment 03. Request for Information (RFIs) must be received via e-mail not later than 1000 hours on 23 SEPTEMBER 2020 Guam Local Time. Request for Information is a process that vendors utilize to request information from the Contracting Office, if they have questions concerning; scope of work, deadlines, etc. Responses to this RFP must be received via e-mail delivery not later than 1500 hours on 25 SEPTEMBER 2020 Guam Local Time. Oral Proposals will not be accepted. Emailed Proposals must be received at the stated addressee email inbox on time and the addressees must be able to open the email and all attachments. No other email receipt will be acceptable. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of Proposals. It is the contractor’s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of Proposal receipt.
