(See Attachments). The successful contractor shall monitor and maintain salvaged and translocated plants and invertebrate species listed under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) (16 USC 1531 et seq.) located at the Forest Enhancement Area and the Haputo Ecological Reserve Area at Naval Base Guam Telecommunication Site (NBGTS) and the Northwest Field Ungulate Control Area at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB) all located within Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Area of Responsibility (AOR) lands. Work will be done in Naval Base Guam and shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is Twelve (12) Months from date of the contract to include an option for an additional twelve (12) months of monitoring. This RFQ is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
