The contractor shall conduct surveys for threatened and endangered plant, snail, butterfly species and endangered butterfly species host plants, in the forested areas of Sasa Valley and two (2) areas with native/mixed forest on Orote peninsula (Spanish Steps and the area around San Luis). Work will be done in Naval Base Guam and shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is Twelve (12) months from date of the contract (ADC). This RFQ is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
