The contractor shall conduct quarterly moorhen surveys of the Hagoi wetland, conduct two wet-season surveys at each of the two Bateha wetlands, B-01 and B-02. Field work will be done in the Tinian Military leased Lands to document the presence of endangered Mariana Moorhen within the Tinian Military Leased Area on the island of Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is Twelve (12) months from date of the contract (ADC) and includes an option to extend the contract for twelve (12) months. This RFQ is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website.
