The Contractor for work under this Request for Quotation (RFQ) N40192-20-Q-5002 shall conduct monthly monitoring to document sea turtle nesting activity of threatened Green (Chelonia mydas) and endangered Hawksbill (Eretmochelys imbricate) sea turtles on beaches on Guam Navy lands and to control invasive plant species and monitor lizards (Varanus indicus) at Spanish Steps Beach, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance for the Base Period is twelve (12) months from the date of award to include two (2) additional 12-month Option Years to continue monthly monitoring. This RFQ is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
