Update: Request For Information (RFI) Notice 01 posted. (See Attachments) The intent of this contract is to conduct monthly monitoring to document sea turtle nesting activity of endangered Green (Chelonia mydas) and endangered Hawksbill (Eretmochelys imbricate) sea turtles and protect these species by conducting beach clean-ups and properly disposing of all marine debris and trash. Work shall be performed within the Tinian Military Leased Area on the island of Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (See Section J). The Period of Performance is Twelve (12) months from date of award with an option to continue monitoring activities and beach clean-ups for an additional twelve (12) months subject to the availability of funds. This RFQ is setaside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
