This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation/RFP No. is N4019220Q4002. All incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business Concerns. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333996. The following commercial supplies are requested. All labor, supervision, management, tools, material, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to purchase the required supplies for Naval Base Guam Security Forces as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Award will be based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal. Submission of Proposal must include a detailed price breakdown of the all labor,supervision, management, tools, material, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to acquire the required supplies as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
