The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if the planned installation date is achievable through competitive Small Business Set-Aside. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, HUB Zone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 337214 - Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing. The size of your business with regard to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 337214 per the standard described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.102 (FAR available at http://farsite.hill.af.mil). Work Requirements: This is for the procurement, assembly, and installation of all necessary cubicle workstations and equipment in support of the Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB) temporary public works facilities. Cubicle workstations shall include all fixtures and healthy workplace equipment to support the office requirements for the Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz temporary public works facilities located on the North Ramp, Naval Support Unit Andersen Air Force Base Guam. Please see Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO), Attachment 01. SHIPPING/DELIVERY DATE/LOCATION: All items shall be delivered to awarded vendor. One copy of complete inventory packing list/ purchase order must be affixed to and included in the delivered package. Place of Delivery – North Ramp, Yigo, Guam, Building 40021 & 40012. Delivery must be made and ready to be installed no later than 15 December 2020. Complete address shall be coordinated with the selected vendor after contract award. Instructions for Interested Parties: All interested sources, please complete and return the attached Market Research Questionnaire, Attachment 02. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. All information provided will be kept confidential and will not be disseminated to the public. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to the information submitted. Notifications of interest must be submitted in writing via email; phone calls will not be accepted. Interested parties should respond by 10:00 A.M. Chamorro Standard Time (ChSt) on 04 September 2020. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall be emailed to Angela Santos at angela.santos@fe.navy.mil.
