AMENDMENT 0003 - Extend Quotation due date to 10 September 2020 no later than 10:00 AM Guam Standard Time (N4019220Q3002_0003 attached) AMENDMENT 0002 - Pre-Quotation Inquiry No.1 Posted (N4019220Q3002_0002 attached) AMENDMENT 0001 - Add Delivery Information This requirement is to provide FF&E for TEMPORARY FIRE STATION, MARINE CORPS BASE, CAMP BLAZ. This acquisition will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for FF&E for Marine Corps Activity Guam (MCAG). The contractor will provide the assembly and installation of all necessary CEQ in support of the MCBCB temporary fire station. CEQ shall include all furniture fixtures and equipment (FF&E) to support all office, operations and kitchen requirements for the Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz temporary fire station located on the Marine Corps Base, Camp Blaz, Guam (formerly U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS)). Offeror shall submit complete and accurate information. The Government may elect not to request additional information to perform the evaluation. Evaluation will be based only on price, technical specifications, and past performance, therefore award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. This acquisition will be solicited as a competitive procurement for a HUB Zone Small Business for a Single-Award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)) type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is under NAICS 337214 – Office Furniture (except wood) manufacturing with a corresponding Small Business Standard Size of 1,000 employees. The Government will only accept offers from qualified HUB Zone Small Businesses. Delivery and Installation is on or around 22 February 2021. Proposal due date is Wednesday, September 03, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., Chamorro Standard Time/Local Time. Amendments and Notices will be posted on www.beta.SAM.gov for downloading. This will be the normal method of distributing amendments, therefore, it is the OFFEROR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THIS SOLICITATION. Paper copies of the solicitation, amendments, and applicable documents will not be provided. Questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted using Appendix 4 – Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) via electronic mail to Angela.Santos@fe.navy.mil no later than 26 August 2020 by 2:00 P.M., Chamorro Standard Time (ChST). Verbal queries will not be entertained. E-mail subject should be PPI for RFP N4019220Q3000, followed by the offerors corporate name. NOTE: Request confirmation of receipt to ensure the mail recipient recieves the electronic submission. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website http://www.beta.sam.gov. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a valid Government Entity (CAGE) code. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Offerors are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://www.beta.sam.gov and have a registered DUNS number prior to award. Reference is made to DFARS Clause 252.204-7007, Alternate A, System for Award Management. Offerors are strongly recommended to review their information in SAM to be current and up to date. Failure to register in SAM makes an Offeror ineligible for award of DoD contracts.
