Potential Offerors who have the experience, skill, and capabilities necessary to perform the described services are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by providing the following information no later than 4:30pm (Guam Time) on 17 May 2019, via email to Teresa F. Aguon, Contract Specialist, at Teresa.Aguon@fe.navy.mil. 1) Provide a cover letter that includes a point of contact and company name, address, telephone numbers, and email addresses. 2) Provide up to five projects that best demonstrate company experience relative to the types of work covered by this requirement. Projects should be representative of North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 562112, Hazardous Waste Collection. 3) Indicate your business size in accordance with FAR Part 19 and the NAICS Code 562112. Specifically indicate if you are a small business, veteran-owned small business, service disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, or women-owned small business concern.
