Minimum requirements include: Fully furnished bedroom, living area and kitchen, Utilities, water, electric, sewer, trash, taxes, CAM, and janitorial 24-hour unrestricted access to Leased space. Availability of all communications infrastructure to include DSL, T1 or a satellite dish with min of 50mb/s internet speeds. Adequate 24-hour lighted parking to accommodate usage. On-site gym Access to airport shuttle On-site laundry facilities Serviceable local cell phone provider signal at location The Government requests Space in an area bounded as follows: Central Guam: North: Anderson AFB South: Naval Base Guam East: East Shore West: West Shore
