This acquisition is being solicited as a competitive Small Business set-aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531120 – Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses). The small business size standard associated with NAICS 531120 is $30.0 million. The Contractor will provide Containerized Living Units and Generators in support of the 30th NCR’s mission with the Underwater Construction Team-Two aboard a vessel. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, equipment, tools, and resources required to build and configure the portable office space converted into living units. This acquisition will result in the award of a single Requirements, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with non-recurring work. Rental is a one-time requirement. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) price; and (ii) past performance Past performance is significantly less important than price. Delivery: TBD with 30NCR (Naval Base Guam) CLU/Generator will be aboard a vessel for the duration of the rental Quantity: The Contractor will provide two (2) new 20’ (L) x 8’ (W) x 8’ 6” (H) steel containers.
