This acquisition is being solicited as a competitive Small set-aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531120 – Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses). The small business size standard associated with NAICS 531120 is $30.0 million. This acquisition will result in the award of a single Requirements, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Type contract with non-recurring work. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) price; and (ii) past performance Past performance is significantly less important than price. Description of Services Details: Portable office space for the Army’s Regional Hub Node (RHN) Purpose: The Contractor will provide portable office space in support of the Army’s Regional Hub Node (RHN). Delivery Location: Near building 285 aboard the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS) on the island of Guam. Quantity: Approximately 640 square feet of office space divided into eight (8) eighty (80) square foot sections. The Contractor will accomplish this by providing two (2) new 40’ (L) x 8’ (W) x 9’ 6” (H) steel Hi-Cube containers converted to be used as office space (High Cube containers are similar to 40 foot standard containers in length and breadth but have a height difference of exactly one foot). The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, equipment, tools, and resources required to build and configure the portable office space.
