The due date for interested A-E firms to submit completed SF-330 packages remains unchanged at Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 4:30 pm local time (ChST). This procurement will result in one Indefinite Quantity (IQ) contract for mechanical/ electrical/fire protection Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for various facilities and activities under the cognizance of Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas. Area of contract coverage is primarily on Guam and may include the outlying areas in the Pacific Ocean, including the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the Micronesia. These services will be procured in accordance with 40 USC Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. The IQ contract will be for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods (if exercised). The total fee for the contract term shall not exceed $20 million. The guaranteed minimum for the contract term (including option years) is $10,000. Firm-fixed price task orders will be negotiated for this contract. There will be no dollar limit per task order and no dollar limit per year. Firms are advised that the selected firm, its affiliates, consultants, and subcontracts that design, prepare, or provide engineering services in support of construction contract documents cannot provide construction services for the same contract. Estimated start date is October 2021. A-E firms which meet the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit a completed SF-330 package to the office shown below. Firms responding to this announcement by Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 4:30 pm local time (ChST) will be considered. This is not a Request for Proposal.
