This procurement consists of one solicitation with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The North American Industry Standard Code for this procurement is 561210 Facilities Support Services and the annual size standard is $41.5M. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Vehicle Operations and Maintenance Management and Logistic Support Services. The vehicle operations and maintenance management program consists of mission vehicles and equipment maintenance and repairs, vehicle and equipment operations to include dispatch, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), operators, liquid movements, people movements, operator licensing and training, inspection and certification, and specified administrative program management. The logistic support services include material management services that ensure supplies are properly managed to support end users and combat readiness. Area of coverage for this requirement may include four geographically separated units to include Diego Garcia, Singapore, Australia, and Philippines. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. The solicitation utilizes source selection procedures which require offerors to submit a technical proposal, past performance and experience information, and a price (or cost) proposal for evaluation by the Government. Place of Performance: Andersen Air Force Base, Guam The solicitation will be issued on or about 20 February 2020.
