NAVFAC Marianas, Command Information Office has a requirement for all-inclusive Smart Phone Wireless devices, Local/Domestic/USA Voice/Text/Data services between and within the following countries (see performance work statement for list of countries are the minimum requirements). CLIN 0001- (Base Period) NFM Smart Phone Devices and plan services on GUAM, M.I. (See Performance Work Statement dated 21JUL2020) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 01 SEPTEMBER 2020 – 31 AUGUST 2021. Proposal prices shall be filled in under CLIN 0001 in Schedule B, Attachment 03. Submit Proposals via email to Dante Serneo at Dante.Serneo@fe.navy.mil and copy to Patrick Quitugua at Patrick.Quitugua@fe.navy.mil. Request for Information (RFIs) must be received via e-mail not later than 1000 hours on 03 AUGUST 2020 Guam Local Time. Request for Information is a process that vendors utilize to request information from the Contracting Office, if they have questions concerning; scope of work, deadlines, etc. Responses to this RFP must be received via e-mail delivery not later than 1500 hours on 07 AUGUST 2020 Guam Local Time. Oral Proposals will not be accepted. Emailed Proposals must be received at the stated addressee email inbox on time and the addressees must be able to open the email and all attachments. No other email receipt will be acceptable. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of Proposals. It is the contractor’s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of Proposal receipt.
