The Contractor for work under this Request for Quotation (RFQ) N40192-20-Q-5003 shall conduct field recording and archival research and prepare three (3) draft NRHP nomination packages, one for each of the following historic properties: GHPI 66-02-2341, GHPI 66-02-2344 and GHPI 66-02-2339. All three sites are located within the Naval Base Guam Munitions Storage Area (NBGMS), a ca. 8000 acre area surrounding the Fena Valley in southern Guam. All work shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance is One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days from the date of award. This RFQ is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotations must be received by this office no later than 4:30 p.m. (Guam time/UTC +10) on Friday, July 31, 2020.
