Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to replace the propane regulator, C02 station regulators, and catalytic sensor on the propane system at building 1410 located on Recruit Training Command (RTC), Naval Station Great Lakes, Illinois. The contractor will also perform a leak test, set regulator to working pressure, and calibrate the sensors. Multiple sensors produced an alarm, which triggered an emergent response from Public Works personnel who immediatelty secured the propane and power to the system. The regulators were found to be leaking, causing unsafe conditionas to building personnel. C02 regulators and catalytic sensors were also found to be inoperable and out of tolerance. The replacement of these devices is urgent to the need of the safety of personnel and to get the training center back to operation.
