This timber sale is located on Naval Weapons Station in Crane, Indiana, and covers three tracts with approximately 357 acres for harvesting an estimated 2,433,500 board feet from about 37,780 trees. The contract is a firm-fixed-price, lump-sum/per-unit sale of standing timber, with bids prepared using Standard Form 114. Inspection of the harvest areas is strongly encouraged and can be arranged through the Natural Resources office at the installation.
