This is a sources sought notice to identify small businesses capable of providing refuse and recycling collection, sorting, and disposal services at a refuse transfer station. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment (including a frontend loader and tractor-trailers), and weekly disposal services, while excluding items such as appliances, furniture, tires, and batteries. The anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed-price/indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) with a total term not exceeding 60 months. Interested firms must demonstrate experience with similar recurring maintenance contracts valued at $2 million or more per year. Performance will be at Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic’s Cherry Point facility, with normal working hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays.
