The base bid involves replacing existing conventional fire alarm systems with combined addressable fire alarm and mass notification systems, plus rectifying sprinkler coverage in elevator machine rooms, in building B1259. Bid Option 1 performs the same work in building B1258. Bid Option 2 removes pre-action sprinkler systems and replaces them with automatic wet pipe sprinkler systems, including associated ceiling removal and replacement, in building B1259. Bid Option 3 does the same in building B1258.
