Provide a complete two-stop passenger elevator assembly, machine room system, controls, and associated connection assemblies. Renovate existing elevator cab. Mechanical, Fire Protection and Electrical are required in support of elevator modernization.

This project involves replacing the elevator in Building 464 at Dam Neck Annex, Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The work is restricted to a designated MACC group under the Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Construction Contract.
