This is a Sources Sought Notice for the Design-Bid-Build Phase IV repair of two barracks buildings (totaling approximately 57,000 SF and 120 rooms) at Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, South Carolina. The government is seeking small business firms, including SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), and WOSB, to gauge interest and capability for a project with a construction cost magnitude between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. Interested firms must submit a capabilities package demonstrating experience on at least two relevant projects completed within the past ten years, each with a final construction cost of $10,000,000 or greater and involving renovation or repair of lodging facilities.
