This is a sources sought notice for market research to determine the availability of small businesses capable of performing regional electric utility tree trimming and ground clearing services. The anticipated contract is a Firm-Fixed Price/Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type with a total performance period not to exceed 66 months. Services will be performed at multiple military installations in Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, and Williamsburg, Virginia, as well as sites within a 50-mile radius of those locations. Interested small businesses are requested to submit a capabilities package not exceeding five pages to demonstrate relevant experience, including past project work totaling at least $500,000 over the last five years. The government will use responses to help plan a potential future acquisition.
